Here is a throwback photo to the summer of 2012 when our indoor climbing wall was being built. We've since hosted thousands of climbers and hundreds of birthday parties and other special events. Join us for an open climbing session this summer!
We are open to the public for open climb sessions on Mondays, Wednesdays & Thursdays from 5pm-8pm.
Summer hours run through August 13.

We are climbing today from 5-8pm!

MSU students not currently enrolled in summer classes can purchase a summer membership for just $30. Open Climb is scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays throughout the summer from 5-8pm (not open Memorial Day).

Congrats to all of our graduated Mavericks!

We are taking a short break and will be back with Summer Open Climb hours on Monday, May 18th. Summer passes can be purchased for students not registered for classes and all current memberships will continue to be honored.

Earth Month wrapped up last week with a few stellar community partnerships!

On April 24th, students spent an evening exploring Jeffers Petroglyphs, learning about Mayan culture and astronomy, and viewing planets and galaxies using telescopes after dark!

On the 30th, another group of students biked the Red Jacket Trail out to the Blue Earth County Community Farm to learn about their food security program and offer some help preparing beds to plant rhubarb.

Are you ready for the Volunteer Bike Ride tomorrow? We will travel from campus to the Blue Earth County Community Farm to learn about their food assistance program and help with spring farm tasks.

We have 2 cycling events left in Earth Month!

TODAY: Pedal for the Planet Cycling Class in Otto Rec Center! Join us at 4:15 for a 30-minute Earth Month inspired cycling class.

THURSDAY: Join in a 5-mile round-trip ride to the Blue Earth County Community Farm. We will learn about their food assistance program and help with spreading compost on the vegetable beds. Bike rentals are available for $5.
