Chipola College Automotive Technology Education and Industry Working Together to Provide Students with Skills to Enter High Wage Jobs!

Our Automotive Service Technology Program combines hands-on training in a fully integrated, interactive, computerized, and computer managed multi-stationed laboratory. Our program provides a gateway for current and qualifying future technicians with practical exercises in a wide range of electronics fundamentals as it applies to today's technologically sophisticated automobiles. The final stage of

the training for graduating technicians is the combination of interactive simulators and vehicles featuring electronic fuel injection, computerized controlled ignition systems, starting systems, accessory systems, anti lock braking systems and electronic emission control systems. This program develops a mastery of the applications of electronics through practical skills training, problem solving methods, real time simulations, and live work experience.

Happy Automotive Service Professionals Day to the skilled hands that keep our wheels turning -- literally!

Since Sheriff Edenfield brought Deputy Nelson Allen and Ethan Corder on board, we've been able to do much of our own vehicle maintenance and repairs in-house - saving money & keeping our fleet in tip-top shape 24/7.

From oil changes to engine rebuilds, these guys keep our deputies on the road and ready to respond. We appreciate all you do!
