In the spirit of encouraging scholarship and providing opportunities for professional growth, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. has signed a new partnership agreement with online nonprofit Western Governors University. As part of the agreement, active members of Sigma Gamma Rho can apply for the WGU Sigma Gamma Rho Scholarship and the WGU Service & Leadership Scholarship, both valued up to $5,000, disbursed in credit of $1,250 per term for up to four terms. The attacks are real, they are coordinated, and they are designed to silence us, suppress us, and make us feel like our power doesn't matter. But we know better. When Black people come together — organized, registered, and rising — we cannot be stopped.

That is exactly what 1 Million Black Voters Rising is built to prove.

This is not a campaign built on guilt or obligation. This is about Black power — real power, built through trust, relationship, and collective action. Twelve Black women-led organizations. A combined reach of more than 20 million Black women across this country. Relationships at scale.
