Facilities Maintenance Technician

Join their team and help maintain a historic, active college campus! They are looking for a skilled multi-trade technician who thrives on hands-on work and keeping things running smoothly.

Location: Wayne, PA (on-site)
Department: Facilities
Pay: $29.00–$32.00/hr (based on experience)
Full-time | Reports to the Director of Facilities

What you'll do:
Inspect campus buildings & prioritize repairs
Handle repairs & preventive maintenance
Support campus events (setup, moving furniture, etc.)
Respond to facility emergencies

Requirements:
HS diploma/GED (trade, vocational, apprenticeship, or military training a plus!)
3+ years of building maintenance/construction experience
Multi-trade knowledge & strong troubleshooting skills
Valid driver's license + ability to pass background screening
