GOLD Award: Jordan Schuft ’16

For Jordan Schuft ’16, SMSU was more than a place to earn a degree—it was a place where he built relationships, found opportunities to lead, and gained the confidence to pursue his goals.

A 2016 Accounting and Finance graduate, Jordan went on to earn master’s degrees in Business Administration and Public Administration from Hamline University. Today, he owns a consulting business, helping organizations with accounting, finance, operations, and more.

But his success isn’t the only thing that sets him apart. Jordan has remained deeply connected to SMSU, establishing four scholarships to support future Mustangs—including scholarships for student involvement and those facing hardship.

Jordan credits SMSU for helping shape who he is today and encourages current students to make the most of their time on campus.

Congratulations, Jordan, on receiving the GOLD Award!

Jordan will be honored at the Southwest Celebration during Homecoming.
Tickets are $50 and available at: https://www.smsualumni.com/homecoming/the-southwest-celebration.html
