This course (LDSP 321) examines leadership as a learnable set of behaviors through the framework of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. Students will explore leadership theory, assess their leadership strengths, develop leadership skills through experiential activities, and learn from special guests. Emphasis is placed on ethical leadership, collaboration, influence, communication, and leading positive change within organizations and communities.

This course can be taken as part of the Leadership minor, or as a stand-alone added course. All undergraduate students are invited to register.
