The Harvest Foundation’s Pass GO program provides up to $5,000 per year toward student loan repayment for professionals starting careers in Martinsville-Henry County in fields like education, healthcare, and engineering.

Eligible participants can receive support for up to 10 years if hired on or after July 1, 2024.

The program aims to attract and retain skilled workers while easing financial burdens.
