Hello Yuba College Students! We hope that you're having a good beginning of the semester so far. On September 8th at 12pm, there will be an online zoom class on note-taking. This can be especially useful for newer students who haven't taken college courses before or if it's been a while since taking college courses. Hello Yuba College Students. Just a reminder we have the Yuba College resource fair today August 24th and tomorrow August 25th from 10 am - 2pm in the Marysville Campus Quad. The Yuba College Library will be there so make sure you say hi and learn more about our services.

One of the resources at the fair was transfer counseling services at Chico State and Sac State. Please feel free to check out the resources for Yuba College students.

Welcome Back Yuba College Students. The books missed you.
We are now back to our normal hours: Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm and Fridays from 8am-4pm.
We have Chromebooks, Hotspots, Laptops, reserve textbooks and more ready for students to checkout. Materials are going fast so please make sure to check us out today.

Hello Yuba College Students. The Fall 2026 semester is almost upon us and here are a few reminders from the Yuba College Library.
Check for Textbooks, Chromebooks, laptops, Hotspots and or other technology doesn't start until August 17th at 8am.

For textbooks, if we have more than one copy of the textbook, we'll be able to loan it out to students for the entire semester. If we are down to one copy, then it becomes a 2 hour checkout or if it's after 2:30pm it can be loaned overnight. But we ask that you bring it back in the morning the next day. Please refer to the second image of this post for more information about loaning materials.

If you know you'll need these materials, come in early. Some items, especially our Chromebooks, Laptops and Hotspots tend to checkout really fast. If you're not sure what textbook you need please feel free to come to the library and we'll help you.

Important Library Announcement: From August 10th-14th the library will be closed for professional development week. Please plan accordingly if you have any returns to make.

For today 8/6/25 and Friday 8/7/26, we will be open from 8am-4pm.

Please feel free to use the blue book drop box located on the soccer field which is in the same area as the Athletics Building 1200. Drive in the West parking lot and then drive along Sierra Street and you should see a blue box in a middle of a soccer field.

However, only use the blue book drop box for books only not for any other technology.

Hello Yuba College students! Library Announcement: next week from August 3rd to August 7th we will be opened from 8am-4pm. Please plan accordingly if you have to make some returns to the library.

We would also like to remind you that we have a blue book drop box that is located by the soccer field which is in the same area as the Athletics Building 1200.

DO NOT USE THE BLUE DROP BOX FOR CHROMEBOOKS/LAPTOPS, HOTSPOTS OR OTHER TECHNOLOGY. Just books only please.
