Members work to achieve goals in scholarship, leadership, service, and to further the development of excellence in women pursuing careers in agriculture. The chapter's philanthropy events include road side cleanup of Highway 71 and Ag In The Classroom, where members cooperate with local elementary students to introduce and further educate them in various aspects of agriculture. Members gain professional experience and numerous networking opportunities through monthly speakers, tours, workshops, and leadership conferences.
