Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming Northwest Missouri State University's Animal Science students to Triumph Foods!

From the production floor to conversations with our Animal Science team, these future industry leaders got an up-close look at what it takes to feed the world. Their curiosity and great questions reminded us why investing in the next generation matters. We'd welcome them back any time!

This past week the School of Agricultural Sciences welcomed the American Angus and Angus Genetics membership teams to campus to participate in some hands-on beef cattle educational workshops. Sessions included Connecting EPDs to the Eating Experience with Dr. Kiersten Gundersen, Tools for Genetic Progress with Dr. Kaitlin Clizer, Foot Scoring and Structural Evaluation with Mr. Jim Husz, and Methods for Collecting High-Quality Genetic Samples with Mr. Randy Hanson. It was an informative, fun-filled interactive afternoon that included the assistance of several students in Dr. Clizer's Animal Breeding and Advanced Reproductive Techniques classes, and Dr. Gundersen's Meat Science classes. Thanks to the American Angus Association for allowing us to spend some quality time with their very important team members!
