A big thank-you to Dermalogica Educator Aidenn Hawkins for visiting our esthetics class today!

Aidenn shared his knowledge of the Pro Power Peel, breaking down the products and ingredients and providing a thorough demonstration that brought the lesson to life.

We appreciate him sharing his time and expertise to help our students grow their skincare knowledge and confidence! We are so thankful to be a Dermalogica partner school. The top-notch education they provide helps prepare our students for successful futures in the esthetics industry!

Real Clients. Real Experience. Stronger Student Learning.

Lake Land College’s very own Dr. Bullock stopped by our Cosmetology class for a haircut and was kind enough to serve as our live model for a haircutting demonstration!

Having the opportunity to watch techniques performed on a real client allows our students to see firsthand how consultation, haircutting, detailing, and finishing all come together.

These hands-on learning experiences help bridge the gap between the classroom and the clinic while building our students’ skills and confidence behind the chair.

A big thank you to Dr. Bullock for supporting our students and being such a great sport! We appreciate you! ✂️

One week down and already hands-on!

Our brand-new Esthetics students have officially completed their first full week, and they are already moving & grooving!

They’ve jumped right into learning the fundamentals of facials—from proper setup and sanitation to cleansing, skin analysis, facial techniques, and creating a relaxing experience for their clients.

There’s nothing like seeing those first-week nerves turn into confidence as they begin putting what they’re learning into practice!

One week in. So much more to learn. We can’t wait to watch these future estheticians grow!
