Save the Date for Teaching Revolutionary New Jersey Symposium on May 23, 2025, at Atlantic Cape Community College.

In celebration of the 250th anniversary (the Semiquincentennial) of the Declaration of Independence's signing in 2026, Atlantic Cape’s Arts & Humanities Department is hosting the Teaching Revolutionary NJ Symposium. This unique event will feature presentations from nearly a dozen revolutionary scholars, history educators and independent historians on the Revolutionary War’s impact on New Jersey while focusing on strategies for teaching revolutionary history and the State's role in it.

We are incredibly grateful for the generous support of our community for this important annual fundraising event. The Restaurant Gala raises money for scholarships to students attending the Academy of Culinary Arts, the student emergency fund, and Foundation operations.
