SIS, WHO CHECKS ON YOU?

You’re always showing up for everybody else, but don’t forget about YOU.

You deserve to be checked on, encouraged, loved, and supported, too.

It’s okay to be the strong woman who needs a little strength poured back into her.

Sis, you can’t pour from an empty cup. Take time to rest, care for yourself, and refill your cup. You deserve that, too!

Today, give yourself the same love you so freely give to others.

🌹 SATURDAY WOMAN’S WORD 🌹

SIS, DON’T COUNT YOURSELF OUT.

Let’s be honest… sometimes it’s not other people telling us we can’t do something. It’s us.

We start thinking, “I’m too old.”
“I waited too long.”
“I don’t have what it takes.”
“Maybe this just isn’t for me.”

But what if it is?

What if that thing that keeps coming back to your heart is there for a reason?

You don’t have to have the whole thing figured out. You don’t have to feel ready. And you definitely don’t need everybody to understand it.

If God gave you the desire, give Him the opportunity to show you what He can do with it.

So stop talking yourself out of what you’ve been praying about.

Take the step.
Make the move.
Try again.

And if it doesn’t work the way you thought it would, you’ll figure that out too. But don’t reject yourself before you ever give yourself a chance. ❤️

GIRL, PUT IT DOWN.

I know you’re used to handling everything.

Everybody calls you when they need something. You’re checking on everybody, fixing things, showing up, and somehow still trying to keep yourself together.

But girl… you can’t carry everything.

Some things need to be prayed about, not worried about.

Some things need to be left alone, not figured out.

And some things simply need to be placed in God’s hands.

So today, take a breath. Slow down. Give yourself a little grace.

You don’t have to have all the answers today. You just need to trust God with what you can’t control.

And please remember: taking care of yourself doesn’t mean you love everybody else any less.

Sis, put it down. God can handle it.

TAKE THE NEXT STEP.

Girl, you may not have it all figured out—and that’s okay.

Sometimes we want God to show us the whole plan before we move. But sometimes, He just wants us to trust Him enough to take the next step.

You may be nervous.
You may have questions.
You may be tired.
You may even be wondering, “Am I really doing the right thing?”

Keep going.

You don’t need to know how everything will work out. Just take the step in front of you and trust God with the rest.

You’ve made it through things you never thought you would. You’ll get through this, too.

Take a deep breath. Pray about it. And keep moving.
