By expanding the facilities, this bond addresses a growing workforce. Prop A could include expansions and new campuses to expand 20 Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways in high-demand fields.

In 2017, Collin County voters approved a $600 million bond program to expand educational opportunities across the region. Since then, Collin College has opened new campuses and facilities, while credit enrollment has increased 31% over the last 10 years.

To plan for continued growth, Collin College developed Destination 2030, a long-range master plan informed by enrollment growth, workforce demand, facility conditions and community input.
