The Lion Ambassadors are students whose primary purpose is to be of service to Penn State. They are best known as the friendly, knowledgeable tour guides of the University, but they do much more. Whenever the campus needs student volunteers to assist with special events, Lion Ambassadors are there to act as minglers, greeters, and student panelists. Lion Ambassadors use their positive experiences

at Penn State to help prospective students make an informed college selection decision. Ambassadors serve as tour guides, spirit raisers, student recruiters, ushers, and hosts at programs and gatherings such as awards, ceremonies, admissions workshops, commencement, dinners, and other special events.
