The King of “Edutainment” did it again! Thank you Dr. Kerry Sauley for an amazing two days of discussion on engagement, accountability, coaching, recruiting, & culture. We laughed and learned - and the bankers from 11 states hated that it had to end.

: We recently had the pleasure of welcoming Kelly Montefiori, PACB Chair and COO of Marquette Savings Bank, and Kevin Shivers, PACB President & CEO, to Fleetwood Bank!

💰 During their visit, they also presented Chasitie, our Loan Servicing Manager, with the Thomas Bailey Memorial Scholarship. This generous gift will be put towards Chasitie’s education at Barret School of Banking.

👏🏽 Thanks to PACB - Pennsylvania Association of Community Bankers for fostering continued growth for the state’s community banks through initiatives like this. Barret School of Banking is a great resource that helps their banking students excel in receiving an excellent community banking educational experience that benefits both the student and their sponsoring community bank employer.
