LeMoyne-Owen College archives! 🪄

In 1974, a group of teachers and counselors from LeMoyne-Owen College. These ladies were working on an initiative called "Upward Bound". The project aimed to motivate students classified as "non-achievers." It was also designed to provide academic guidance to high school students from low-income families throughout the school year.

Campus electricity has been restored, and normal operations will resume tomorrow, August 25.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the dedicated crews at Memphis Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) and LOC campus staff who worked tirelessly to restore power and ensure the safety and well-being of our campus community.
Residential students may now return to campus. We look forward to welcoming our students, faculty, and staff back and resuming the vibrant campus experience that defines LeMoyne-Owen College.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and support during this interruption. We look forward to seeing everyone back on campus tomorrow.
