ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT!

UCF PIKE alumnus Barry Miller recently donated $50 million to UCF’s College of Business, the largest philanthropic donation in university history. Renaming the College of Business to the Barry S. Miller College of Business.

Brother Miller graduated from UCF in 1995 with a degree in finance and went on to become a successful entrepreneur, founding and selling multiple businesses. He currently leads Voloridge Investment Management and Voloridge Health.

Brother Miller credits Pi Kappa Alpha as a key part of his personal and professional development, helping shape the man he is today. He states, “My experience in PIKE ended up being formative. It’s where I learned about being a gentleman, dressing for success, networking, and more.”

He also shared, “To this day, so many of my friends are former fraternity brothers, including one of my best friends, Sean Hayes ’95, who has also been my business partner for nearly 30 years.”

Brother Miller’s success reflects the values PIKE has stood for since 1868. Leadership, professionalism, and lifelong brotherhood. His story reflects the standard our chapter strives to uphold every day: building men who leave a lasting impact on their communities, industries, and the world around them.

After a long season of campaigning, speeches, and debates, the UCF Student Body has elected him as the Student Government Vice President! Along with his running mate Shivani Vakharia as Student Government President!

Today’s spotlight goes to brother Ryan Musum! Ryan is 22 years old and majors in Sports Business Management. He also worked as a student manager for the UCF Men’s Basketball program for four years.

Ryan says, “I’ve been very fortunate to experience so many unforgettable moments with the program. Having the opportunity to travel with the team to Philadelphia for the tournament was truly special and something I will always remember.”

We’re proud to have Ryan as part of our brotherhood and look forward to everything he accomplishes in the future.
