Technology Support Specialist needed
Are you passionate about technology and helping others? Waldron School District is seeking a motivated individual to join our Technology Department and help support the technology systems that keep our students and staff connected every day.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Education and/or experience in technology, networking, computer systems, or a related field
Primary Responsibilities Include:
🔸 Managing and maintaining network infrastructure, wireless systems, and connectivity
🔸 Assisting with server administration, backups, monitoring, and troubleshooting
🔸 Supporting user accounts, permissions, and system access
🔸 Installing and maintaining software applications
🔸 Diagnosing and repairing computers, Chromebooks, printers, and other devices
🔸 Responding to network outages and technology issues
🔸 Assisting with cybersecurity initiatives and technology best practices
🔸 Managing technology inventory and device deployment
🔸 Providing technical support to students and staff
🔸 Assisting with technology projects and infrastructure improvements
🔸 Maintaining documentation and troubleshooting procedures
🔸 Collaborating with district technology staff to ensure reliable technology services
