Hi everyone, we are working on collaborating together to formulate our vision, mission and values statements in regards to our Social Work Club. Therefore, I am requesting your time in thinking about what this club means to you. Please email your ideas of the vision, mission and values to my email address ([email protected]), then we will print them out and vote on them at our next meeting on September 24th.

I would also like to take a moment to share my vision, mission and values for this club as the founder. When I first started the club, I wanted to create lasting friendships and networking opportunities. I feel that in social work it is highly important to network. We network for ourselves in order to get better jobs and have a support network when dealing with social issues. We also network for our consumers (clients) who are in need of our services and other resources. Without our networking abilities, consumers will not be helped the best to our abilities. It is our life’s work to bring assistance. Each member of this club, social work student or not, has a lot to offer to the other students in the club.

Now, again, I ask you, what is your mission, vision and values statement for this club?
