Royalty International University is an institution of higher learning established for the purpose of offering academic education, research, and consultancy services. Objectives
The objectives of the university are as follows:
1. To provide high-quality academic programs to students across the world.
2. To promote research and innovation in various disciplines.
3. To foster cooperation and collaboration with academic and non-academic organizations and institutions.
4. To support and develop the intellectual, social, and cultural growth of students.
5. To advance the knowledge and understanding of the world through a range of educational and research activities. VI. Governance
The University shall be run and managed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies. The University shall have a Governing Council (Board of Regents) responsible for overseeing the management and operations of the University in compliance with the law and the objectives of the institution. The Governing Council consists of eight (8) members - Dr. Moses John Roderique (Chairman), Mrs. Adasia Vanessa Roderique (Secretary & Treasurer), Ms. Veronica Plenty, Mr. Gregory Ifill, Mr. Deandre Ifill, Ms. Sheniece Palmer, Mrs. Leeanna Allen, and Mr. Colwyn Delph (all of whom are remaining honorable members. VII. Organization
The University shall be organized into faculties, schools, departments, and centers as may be determined by the Governing Council. VIII. Academic Programs
The University shall offer undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in various disciplines as determined by the Governing Council.
IX. Admissions
Admission to the University shall be based on merit and in compliance with national and international regulations. Faculty
The University shall ensure that the faculty members are highly qualified and experienced in teaching, research, and consultancy. XI. Students
The University shall provide a supportive and challenging environment for students to realize their full potential. The University shall ensure that students have access to academic support, counseling, and other services. XII. Resources
The University shall ensure that its resources are efficiently and effectively utilized to achieve its objectives. The University shall seek funding and other resources through partnerships and collaborations with national and international organizations and institutions. XIII. Non-Discrimination
The University shall not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or any other attribute prohibited by law. XIV. Dissolution
If the University ceases to operate, its assets and liabilities shall be disposed of in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Dated this 1st day of MAY 2023
