Hello everyone! This Giving Tuesday, Facebook will be matching over $7million worth of donations to a variety of charities, one of which is the Su***de Prevention Lifeline. Our chapter has supported this organization in the past and we’d love to continue our contributions as we close out the year. Black Friday and Cyber Monday shopping has already broken records for years past - lets try to do the same for Giving Tuesday and support this important cause!

The Beta Pi chapter is thrilled to host Jay Kaminski, currently Chief Operating Officer at Celularity this Wednesday in leading a discussion about the role of technology in healthcare. Celularity is a start-up biotech company focusing on harnessing the power of allogenic placental cell therapeutics in Immune-Oncology and other diseases with unmet medical needs. This talk is open to all and will be such an incredible learning opportunity!

The Beta Pi chapter enjoyed its first philanthropy day celebrating its new philanthropy: National Su***de Prevention and Awareness. We got rid of our stresses, learned self defense techniques, practiced self care and positivity, and even did yoga and deep breathing exercises. Most importantly we bonded with each other through learning more about the importance of our philanthropy.
