FIU Law alumnae Vivianna Tijerino ’24 and Kenia Garcia ’13 recently litigated on a significant legal matter before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit pertaining to eligibility for bond in immigration cases. The Eleventh Circuit is one of five federal appeals courts to rule on the issue, which is likely to be taken up by the U.S. Supreme Court. Link to read more: https://bit.ly/431tovP
