Announcing the 2019 Butler Waugh Lecture in Literature with speaker, C. Riley Snorton, on Monday, April 15 at 6:30pm to 8:30pm in SASC 100. Please join us for a wonderful and thought-provoking conversation!

"C. Riley Snorton is Professor and author of Nobody Is Supposed to Know: Black Sexuality on the Down Low and Black on Both Sides: A Racial History of Trans Identity, winner of the Lambda Literary Award for Transgender Nonfiction and an American Library Association Stonewall Honor Book in Nonfiction. He has published articles in The Black Scholar, the International Journal of Communication, Hypatia: A Journal of Feminist Philosophy, and Souls: A Critical Journal of Black Politics, Culture, and Society."
