ing this organization on campus, they embraced the hardships and dedicated themselves to creating an organization that would maintain the high ideals of sisterhood, support, professionalism, and musicianship. After two and a half years of diligence and perseverance, the Lambda Omicron Chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota was founded on January 30, 2010. In a short period of time, Lambda Omicron has welcomed members from all branches of study from F.I.U. who have strive to constantly set the bar higher for each other and our chapter- so that we may continuously achieve the most in our collegiate years to encourage, nurture, and support the art of music.
