We are proud to share the success story for Robert Simmons from A1 Worldwide Logistics. Robert is founder of international freight forwarder and customs broker A1 Worldwide Logistics and was recently named the Florida SBDC at FIU Entrepreneur of the Year.

Since launching in 2014, the company has grown to nearly $18 million in revenue, offering customs clearance, freight forwarding, trucking and warehousing services. In the video, he notes where he started by watching YouTube videos and doing research on his own. Through the hard work of his team and strategic Florida SBDC at FIU consultant support, Robert has grown the business from an idea into a successful international company.
