Meet the Conflict Analysis Peer Facilitators - a cohort of CCE-supported students trained in conflict management, facilitation, leadership, and group dynamics. 🌱

After completing an intensive month-long training in April, facilitators are now supporting CCE summer programs and leading Conflict Styles workshops for students across campus. In this workshop, participants explored different conflict styles, reflected on their own approaches to conflict, and discussed how culture, communication, and relationships shape the way we navigate tension and collaboration.
Huge shoutout to the facilitators for creating thoughtful conversations and engaging activities throughout the workshop! 🌟

Check out our bio to link to the full article and video on our website to hear reflections from Miranda, Lexi, and Veronika and see more snippets from the workshop.

Last Monday we gathered for the 33rd annual Public Service Leadership Awards ceremony – a joyful, inspiring celebration of community and contributions to the common good! We are so grateful to all those who engaged with the community through service this year, and to those who nominated someone for an award, or joined us to honor winners and nominees. And thanks to President Ian Baucom and Superintendent Dr. Wendy Baker for their powerful remarks about the importance of public service. Until next year!
