School of Public Affairs at Penn State Harrisburg Academic School at Penn State Harrisburg Minors and post-baccalaureate certificates are also available in a number of areas. We also offer a Ph.D.

Our school is Penn State’s flagship for public affairs education; we offer high quality undergraduate and graduate education. We offer undergraduate degrees in Criminal Justice (certified by ACJS), Health Policy and Administration, Political Science, and Public Policy. Our master’s programs include a Master in Public Administration (MPA, accredited by NASPAA), a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice,

a Master of Health Administration, and an on-line Master of Professional Studies in Homeland Security. degree in Public Administration.
