So many awesome mental health interactive activities and a wonderful panel of mental health experts answering some great questions!

Tomorrow, we will have more fun! Visit our tables from 10-12 and then make your way to the FNB Ballroom for an interactive game show and free lunch!

One of the highlights of the week is our YOU MATTER Mental Health Panel on Tuesday from 12:00–1:00 PM in the FNB Ballroom. Come to hear our prestigious panel of mental health professionals from our community answer questions submitted by YOU about mental health, wellness, support, and the experiences that remind us that none of us have to navigate life alone.
