Millersville University Army ROTC

Established in 1974, Millersville Army ROTC is Bravo Company of the Blue Mountain Battalion, hosted by Shippensburg University ROTC. Army.

Bravo Company includes students from Millersville University, Franklin & Marshall College, and Penn State Harrisburg. ROTC is a leadership development program that deepens the scholastic experience by cultivating the ability to organize, motivate and lead others. It is the cornerstone of Army officer training that develops students, known as Cadets, into future officers in the U.S.

As part of Dickinson's Commencement weekend, 14 cadets from the Blue Mountain Battalion were commissioned as Second Lieutenants during a special ceremony in the Anita Tuvin Schlechter Auditorium at Dickinson College on Saturday, May 16, 2026. Lt. Col. Torsten Gojowsky, Garrison Commander for Carlisle Barracks, served as the keynote speaker for the commissioning ceremony.
