The Office of Diversity & Social Justice is committed to fostering an inclusive, accessible and diverse intellectual and cultural campus experience reflecting the mission of Millersville University. The Office of Diversity & Social Justice facilitates efforts to ensure equity and opportunity, increase awareness of diversity issues through education and strengthen relationships across diverse group

s. Engagement through those endeavors will promote cultural competence, thereby fostering a welcoming campus. The Office of Diversity & Social Justice prepares students, faculty and staff for local, state, national and global collaboration by providing guidance, programming and outreach constituent groups and the community. In addition, the Office of Diversity & Social Justice promotes and advances current institutional goals, celebrates and fosters diversity, inclusion and social justice and adheres to accountability and compliance standards that address and mitigate the effects of discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct.
