UWM MAVRC

UWM MAVRC Staffed by an all Veteran workforce, MAVRC welcomes and supports military-related students on the UW Personal, Academic and Professional
Success at UWM.

Transitioning to campus life can be challenging for any student. These challenges are even more pronounced for military and student veterans, especially those of you who are returning from a recent deployment and/or a combat situation. Our center is committed to providing the most current and useful information to assist you with the transition from warrior to scholar to graduate. The Center has s

trong and supportive relationships with key UWM departments to ensure that military and student veterans have personal contacts when they are in need of campus support services. Our space has computer access, study space and is a relaxing and peaceful retreat for meeting and hanging out with others who may have had similar experiences and who understand military culture.
