What do gardening, cheering for the Packers, and being born outside Wisconsin have in common? They’re all part of what makes our MCW community unique!

This August, COSS welcomed the MCW community back with an interactive We Are MCW poster. Students, faculty, and staff picked stickers that represented their hobbies, interests, and backgrounds and added them to the building where they work.

A big thank you to COSS for creating this fun opportunity to connect!

MCW graduate students kicked off the new academic year at the Student Organizations Mixer, an event designed to foster connection, engagement, and community building over pizza. The mixer provided an opportunity for both new and returning graduate students to meet, share experiences, build relationships beyond the lab, and learn about the many student-led organizations available at MCW.

The Student Organizations Mixer was organized by several student groups, including Community Outreach by Students in Science (COSS), the Enhancing Scholarly Culture Committee (ESCC), the IDP Student Ambassadors, and International Students.
