Congratulations, Gracie!

Congratulations to Gracie Acklam for being hired as an art teacher for the School District of Holmen!

“UWL prepared me for my first teaching position through strong field experiences, supportive professors, and meaningful connections with peers and cooperating teachers,” Gracie says. “Student teaching in the same school district where I will begin my career gave me valuable experience, confidence and professional relationships as I begin my teaching journey.”

“My professors have truly helped me succeed and pick the best path for my future,” Sarah says. “When I started at UWL, I knew going to graduate school was always in my plan.
