Another "what were they thinking" detail. So, the primary problem is they tiled over the expansion joint. But in addition, they used the wrong color grout to reinstall (not aligned properly) and painted over the expansion joint. This is what makes facilities look so tragic. Care about your building. Do it right the first time.
