UC Davis offers open enrollment during Summer Sessions, meaning that ANYONE can apply. https://summer.ucdavis.edu/enrollment/prospective-students

For community college students, summer sessions are a great way to explore new topics, get a feel for life in the UC System, and/or complete general education or major requirements prior to enrolling at a university.

Many credits earned at UC Davis are UC-transferrable and count towards UC GPA.
