This past Tuesday we had the privilege of listening to our guest speaker, Dr. Kevin Sauer. He is a professor in the department of food, nutrition, dietetics and health at Kansas State University and co-director of The National Center for Food Safety Research in Child Nutrition Programs. Dr. Sauer has extensive service with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and was the Academy’s President 2021-2022. We enjoyed him talking with us and the great information he shared!
