Join us in celebrating Nickolas Sturtewagen, MTI's Student of the Month at our Moline, IL campus! 🎉💙
Nickolas completed MTI's Certified Nursing Assistant Program and consistently demonstrated MTI's PRIDE values through his compassion, dedication, and commitment to helping others. 🩺💙
💙 Positive Attitude – Nickolas consistently brought a positive and encouraging attitude to the BNA program. He supported his classmates and helped create a welcoming learning environment for everyone around him.
💙 Respect – He treated instructors, classmates, staff, and residents with kindness, dignity, and professionalism. His genuine compassion for others was especially evident throughout his clinical experience.
💙 Initiative – Nickolas was always willing to step in and help others without being asked. He demonstrated strong teamwork while taking responsibility for his own learning and responsibilities.
💙 Dedication – Throughout the 7-week BNA Program, Nickolas never missed a minute of lecture, lab, or clinical and earned 100% in both class and clinical. He has continued his healthcare education at MTI by beginning the Phlebotomy Program in August. 💉
💙 Excellence – Nickolas's commitment to helping others extends beyond the classroom. He volunteers at a homeless shelter and continues to visit residents at the nursing home where he completed his clinical rotation. Even after moving into the Phlebotomy Program, he continues to stay connected with and support those who helped him along the way. ✨
Nickolas truly represents MTI's core values through his character, compassion, dedication, and commitment to serving others.
