Today we celebrate Flag Day and honor the Stars and Stripes—a symbol of our nation's history, freedom, and resilience. As we reflect on the values that unite us, we proudly recognize the flag that has inspired generations of Americans and continues to represent hope, courage, and opportunity for all.

During Pride Month, we honor and acknowledge the movers and shakers who are making an impact in our field.

Cancer changes lives in profound ways — but so does survival. On National Cancer Survivors Day, all of us in FSHD honor the strength, resilience, and courage of those who have faced cancer and continue to inspire others through their journeys. Today is not only a celebration of survival, but also a reminder of the importance of hope, support, early detection, and continued advocacy for everyone impacted by cancer.

During Pride Month, we honor and acknowledge the movers and shakers who are making an impact in our field.

Pride Month begins today! 🌈
This month is a celebration of love, identity, community, and the ongoing fight for equality. It’s a time to honor the voices, stories, and contributions of LGBTQ+ people everywhere — and to continue building spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and proud to be themselves.
