Epistemicmsu The epiSTEMic Summer Program engages participants in educational experiences that foster creativity, imagination, problem solving, and critical thinking.

Created by faculty in the Department of Early Childhood, Elementary, and Literacy Education (ECELE) at Montclair State University, epiSTEMic is an inclusive summer teaching lab for children entering grades k-8, pre-service teachers, and in-service teacher partners. Children of diverse abilities participate in thematic, interdisciplinary STEM projects that support risk taking, perseverance, exploration and collaboration to solve real world problems in a small group setting.
