🖤💛GEAR UP + Occupational Therapy = A Day of Discovery! 🖤🐝

Today, Alabama State University’s OTD students introduced GEAR UP students to the exciting world of occupational therapy through hands-on activities focused on health, wellness, and mindfulness.

One of the highlights was creating Mindfulness Jars, helping students learn simple strategies to manage stress, improve focus, and support mental well-being.
