The last session of the Youth and Family Summit will be at 3 PM on Tuesday, October 20th. The topic will be: Trends We're Seeing on Campus and How Youth Ministers can Respond.
We are so thankful for these 5 men who will be discussing this important topic. Please make plans to be with us!

On Tuesday, October 20th, our 2 PM session of the Youth and Family Summit will be lead by Chris Presnall and Richard Turner. Their topic will be, Connecting School and Church. We are so thankful to have these two deal with this much needed topic. Please make plans to join us!

Our 1 PM session in our Youth and Family Summit will be lead by Justin Maynard, Brendan Chance and Jeremy Hinote. These three are licensed counselors and will be dealing with the topic: Trends We're Seeing in Our Practice. We are so thankful for this Summit and pray that you will make plans to be with us.

Our second session of the Youth and Family Summit will be lead by Malvin Sanders and Taylor Copeland. Their session begins at 11:10 AM on Tuesday, October 20th. Their topic will be: Teaching Identity, Community, and Purpose in Youth Ministry. Please make plans to be with us!

The 82nd Faulkner Bible Lectureship begins this Sunday, October 18th! We are looking forward to having all the speakers and visitors on campus. Tuesday, October 20th, will be the Youth and Family Summit. The first session will be with Connor McLean. He will be dealing with Social Media and the Church. We pray that you will make plans to be with us!

The 82nd Faulkner Bible Lectureship is THIS MONTH! October 18-21 and the theme is "Foundations of Faith." We kick off with our annual Lads 2 Leaders/Leaderettes Zorn Invitational on October 17.

The Sunday schedule will start with morning worship in the Rotunda. See details below!

We are so thankful for the Ellijay congregation! They hosted our first Vanguard Sunday. They were so encouraging to our students and we are looking forward to working with them again moving forward.
Vanguard is a program designed to help our Bible majors grow in their abilities to serve in the Kingdom. We are so blessed to have such capable young men in this program. David, Tucker, Luke, and Aidyn did an incredible job this past Sunday and we are so very proud of them!

For Jonah Dawes, his time at Faulkner University was about more than earning a degree. It was where he developed lifelong friendships, met his wife and gained experiences that helped prepare him for a career in ministry.

“My favorite thing about this is the connections that my family is able to naturally make with so many others of our church family,” he said. “Many of the strongest relationships that we have made with other Christians have been made through avenues like this.”
