Faulkner Law Alum Jason Hicks Elected to Omicron Delta Kappa Board of Trustees
Lexington, VA (08/18/2026) — Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society, proudly announces the election of Jason F. Hicks to its Board of Trustees. An experienced attorney and community leader, Hicks brings extensive experience in local government, civil litigation, juvenile law, elder law, and family law to the national board.
The announcement was made by Jennifer L. Waller, O∆K president and chief executive officer.
“Omicron Delta Kappa is thrilled to welcome Jason Hicks to our Board of Trustees. His breadth of professional experience and commitment to service will be a tremendous asset to the Society,” Waller said.
Hicks currently serves as a deputy county attorney with Guilford County, North Carolina, and is licensed to practice law in North Carolina and Tennessee, including in federal district and appellate courts. His legal experience includes family and divorce law, probate, civil litigation, elder law, juvenile law, and local government law. He has held leadership roles with several legal organizations, including the Greensboro Bar Association and the North Carolina DSS Attorneys Association, and has delivered more than 75 continuing legal education presentations. Hicks earned his bachelor’s degree from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his J.D. from Faulkner University, Thomas Goode Jones School of Law.

Omicron Delta Kappa Society, the National Leadership Honor Society, was founded in Lexington, Virginia, on Dec. 3, 1914.
