Dada Rafiki Tri-County Graduate Chapter Dada Rafiki Tri-County Graduate Chapter of Swing Phi Swing S.F.I. is based in Pennsylvania. Chartered November 2013. was chartered on November 13, 2013.

The Dada Rafiki Tri-County Graduate Chapter of Swing Phi Swing Social Fellowship Inc. It encompasses sisters from Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania. To bridge the gap between seasoned and young sisters, 9 women came together to rebuild that bond. The aforementioned sisters are alumnae of various institutions mentioned below: The Makeda Chapter (Pennsylvania State University)

Maraabe Chapter (Drexel University, Temple University, University of Pennsylvania, and Rosemont College) and the Tabu Chapter (The Lincoln University). This chapter brands itself as not only producing innovative ideas and results but to remain true to the principles of Swing Phi Swing, Social Fellowship Inc.
