Lady Shonta will be preparing ceasar salad, meatball subs, Italian sandwiches, packages of chips, and brownies for dessert for our meal this coming June 11th. Companions & Sir Knights,

Although not everyone on this list is a member of all three bodies, some of the events
still are pertinent to you. Here goes:

• Wednesday, June 10th- Setup and practice for the Order of the Red Cross @ 7:00 P. M.

• Thursday, June 11th-Conferral of the Order of the Red Cross @ 7:00 P. M., meal @ 6:00 P. M. Inspection-Open on short form of OT to prayer then rehearsal of duties from OT, conferral, Flag Presentation, and closing. If you are an officer of Bray and will not be able to attend, let me know ASAP. Important officers are there on June 10th if at all possible.

• Monday, June 22nd-Templar Board and June Stated Meeting of the Mooresville York Rite. It is a cookout with Bray supplying the grillable meats (hamburgers, hot dogs, and brats) along with sides supplied by the members, potato chips, and. Wives, kids, Masons, non-Masons, and members of the Chapter and Council that are not members of Bray. Eat at 6:00 P. M., meeting @ 7 :00 P. M. Will meet in shelter on the lodge grounds weather permitting. It is IMPORTANT that you RSVP me as to attendance and number in your so there is enough food. Let me know in the RSVP what side or dessert you are bringing !!! Dress is casual, polo's and khakis, comfortable clothing, no ripped tees or ripped polos Bray members-no caps or mantels, but bring swords.

• Saturday, July 4th Mooresville Lodge 4th of July cookout at 6:00 P. M. Lodge will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, brats, and buns and those attending please bring sides. Members of the Masonic bodies in the building with families and non-Masons welcome. I need for those attending to send me a RSVP at [email protected] or a text to (317) 340-5640. In the text, state the number in your party and what side you are bringing. There will be fireworks at the park across from the lodge when it gets enough to see them for those who wish to stay and socialize longer. This is an important and monumental birthday for our country and all of us, so lets enjoy the celebration.

Please consider coming out for our Templar Board cookout! Please bring your spouse & kids as all are welcome. If you can, please RSVP at [email protected] so we can bring the appropriate amount of food for the cook. Beyond what is listed below we will have bags of chips, bottles of water, and any sides any Sir Knights decide to bring. Any Master Mason and their families are welcome to attend, you do not have to be a York Rite Mason to attend this family friendly event.
