🧖Nothing beats a good massage! 💆‍♀️

💖Today, Massage Therapy Instructor Davey showed his students how to perform a proper seated massage!

He says, “During our massage program, we teach the fundamentals of seated massage. A seated massage serves two purposes- 1.) For positional modifications of clients who can’t lay down on a table and 2.) For an easier approach to bodywork that can be given practically anywhere (Massage on the Move!) that also gives similar results to conventional massage. Your marketability in this field greatly increases when you go to community events (fairs, festivals, block parties, etc.) offering seated massage. Some therapists use this as a secondary income when they aren’t using a table and some even make it their sole form of income! In my class, I give students all the resources necessary to succeed after graduation with every option possible in this field.”

💖Just like the flower, Lily bloomed at MBC and became a terrific Hairstylist. We are so proud of all of her accomplishments and have no doubts that she will become a blonding specialist like she dreams. Lily will absolutely be missed by her peers and instructors. It’s bittersweet, but we are happy she graduated and is onto the next step in her journey!

💖Miss Taylor Champaign just graduated from our Hairstylist program here at Morgantown Beauty College! Just like her last name- she POPS out among others with her incredible talent and skill! She will be missed by her peers and instructors but in the end, we are all just so proud of her for completing this huge milestone! MBC wishes Taylor nothing but the best in her future endeavors.
