Faculty, staff and students on all campuses may be unable to log into many services requiring WVU Login credentials 3 - 7 a.m. Sunday, May 31 during important upgrades to the single sign-on system.

It’s common to see an error message when trying to log in after a system update. If you have problems once this work has been completed, try clearing your web browser history, closing your web browser and relaunching it. Rebooting your device will also clear cached pages. If you still have problems after taking these steps, please call the ITS Service Desk at 304-293-4444.

RESOLVED: The connectivity issue affecting users on Xfinity networks appears to be resolved. ITS will continue to monitor. Please report any recurrence of issues to the Service Desk at [email protected].

ITS is aware that some Xfinity customers are having trouble accessing the University's VPN, and are actively troubleshooting the issue. We will share more information as we are able.
