Please mark your calendars for this WEDNESDAY APRIL 20 to come out and learn about disaster preparedness from the experts.

Professor Jacqueline Jordan’s biology class along with Captains Dr. Mikel Richardson and Disaster Lead Jewel Young from the Red Cross will host "Disaster Day" as part of a PACE class project.

The group will have information about disaster preparedness, brochures, and disaster kits will be on display. A drawing will be held to give away a few disaster kits!

The event is from noon – 2 p.m. outside on the UC Quad, but if it rains, it will be moved onto Main Street in the UC.

Come one, come all, get prepared!

The Courageous Conversations subcommittee of the Dean's Diversity Initiatives Committee is excited to host "We Ain't Scared: Safety, Stigma, and the Clayton State Campus," a constructive conversation between CSU students, faculty, staff, and administrators around perceptions of safety on campus and in the community. The event's focusing question is, "How can Clayton State be a driving force for safety in the community around us?”

The event will take place Thursday, April 21, in the University Center Loft, from 7-9pm.
