Stage & Screen alum Anissa Matlock is building a bold, creative career in TV and film in Atlanta. A BA in Theatre grad, Anissa has appeared in James Gunn's "Peacemaker" (Season 2), "Mayfair," and "The Power," while also carving out space as an independent writer and director with a sharp voice in horror and dark comedy.

In her YouTube profile, Anissa shares how her theatre training helped her find her voice, build confidence, and master collaboration—plus real talk on mentorship, character work, hustling after graduation, and her latest co-written/co-directed film "The Hunted," an action thriller with a supernatural twist and a powerful social message.
