The UMO Reading Clinic was excited to extend services for an additional month after classes ended for our education majors! 📚☀️

We celebrated our final day with literacy-focused summer games and a fun ice cream sundae party. To help keep the learning going all summer long, each student took home a reading bag filled with books on their reading level and a summer reading challenge log.

We are so proud of the progress our students made and look forward to hearing about their summer reading adventures. Happy reading!

Alicia Gachuz received the Senior Citizenship Cup as well as the Louise Edgerton Teacher Education Student of the Year Award. Emily Broshius was honored as Agricultural Education Student of the Year, and Amy Bumgarner received the Presidential Citizenship Award.

We are incredibly proud of these accomplishments and cannot wait to see what the future holds for each of you! 🌟
